About Me
I’ve been working as a therapist for over a decade, helping people navigate anxiety, life challenges, and the deeper questions that come up when life doesn’t feel the way we hoped it would.
Clients often describe me as calm, thoughtful, and straightforward in the way I work. I’m naturally curious about people and the patterns that shape their lives, and I take therapy seriously while keeping the conversation real and down to earth.
How I Work
My goal in therapy is not simply to talk about problems, but to help you understand yourself more clearly. When people begin to see the patterns shaping their thoughts, emotions, and decisions, real change becomes possible.
Many of the struggles people bring to therapy are connected to things we’ve learned to avoid — painful feelings, uncertainty, or difficult choices. In our work together, we look honestly at these patterns so you can move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Experience
Over the years I’ve worked with people dealing with anxiety, depression, shame, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. While the issues vary, the deeper work often involves understanding yourself in a more honest way and making meaningful changes in how you approach your life.
